Describe briefly your business and what you work with.
I work as a lecturer, educator, and motivator in health and run the digital membership club HealthQlub. As a member of HealthQlub, you get access to the latest findings in nutrition and health, combined with modern measurement methods, allowing you to quickly and easily create an individual health plan based on facts rather than guesses.
What type of digital tools do you need for your business?
To run our business entirely digitally and as automated as possible, a number of tools are required.
- LMS (Learnworlds)
- CRM system (Active Campaign)
- Stripe (payments)
- Zapier (integration)
- Easypractise (scheduling)
- Vimeo (video)
- Zoom (webinar and meetings)
- Canva (SoMe production)
- Photoshop (photos)
You used multiple suppliers before and moved all your digital business to myflow. Why?
When I started Elitista, I thought I would need much more complex tools than I actually did. I’ve spent countless hours configuring and integrating these platforms, but I only use about 1% of their functionality.
When I discovered myflow, I immediately felt that it could save me both time and money. myflow has almost exactly the functionality I need, without all the fluff and “nice-to-haves” that end up going unused. Once I started calculating the costs, there was no doubt. I more than halved my monthly expenses, and that doesn’t even include all the time I’ve saved by avoiding technical hassles.
Now, we want a solution that streamlines the user flow, enables the digitalization of all processes, and provides a platform tailored to the size of our business.
What do you see as the biggest advantage with myflow now that you can compare?
myflow has a great CMS that allows us to build and control the site almost exactly the way we want it. Logical functions and an overall intuitive and easy-to-navigate back-end make it quick to create new pages or content.
myflow offers user-friendly features and integrations with tools like Vimeo. In fact, I see it as an advantage that some design customization options are missing, as it helps keep the focus on what’s important. 90% of all users lack layout expertise, so having too many options often just leads to more opportunities for mistakes or less visually appealing content.
myflow is a modern system with an exemplary UX/navigation structure, including different types of pages such as login portals, landing pages, customer zones, and other features. It’s also simple and convenient that everything is integrated into the same platform.
One final but very significant advantage is the support in Swedish, which is fast and accessible.
Which features do you use the most and why?
There are many great features, such as:
- Saving rows and columns: Once you’ve set your design, this is an incredibly useful tool. It saves a lot of time and ensures a more consistent design across the site.
- The built-in quote/contract function: Having this integrated into the platform is fantastic. It saves time, helps keep track of the sales/leads process, and generates more business opportunities.
- The global functionality with templates, rows, and columns.
- The simple and easily accessible custom CSS editor: This allows you to quickly personalize your design and make it feel more unique (although it can be a bit tricky to manage certain classes and object types).
- The amazing support button: Being able to chat with support and get help within a minute adds to the overall simplicity.
- The leads function: It’s incredibly powerful and will generate a lot of business in the future.
Your best tip/hack for others using myflow?
To start, my recommendation is to set aside time to thoroughly understand how the customer flow is designed to work in myflow. There are many opportunities and great features, but it’s also a young system, and sometimes you need to think in terms of workarounds. We’ve spent quite a bit of time on content and appearance, and we firmly believe that people buy with their eyes. Always work and design your pages with a “mobile-first” approach. At least 75% of users will view the content that way, so start with how it will look in mobile view, ensure it looks the way you intended, and adjust from there. It should also look good on desktop, but that’s easier to handle. Here are a few quick tips:
- Set your standard for padding and margins for columns and rows.
- Spend time building templates for different purposes.
- Create your own CSS template – it works wonders. You can also choose to have customized CSS for each page type, such as quotes, if you want them to look slightly different. This makes it very quick to create attractive websites and landing pages.
What overall rating would you give myflow (1-5)?
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I rate the platform a 5. It’s simple, affordable, and run by people who truly go above and beyond to help you succeed in your business.
