Name & Company: Pontus Roos, LinkedCoach AB
Briefly describe your business and what you do:
LinkedCoach works with coaching, training, and e-learning for companies that have decided LinkedIn is an important part of their market communication. It’s personal coaching focused on building the habit of using LinkedIn to drive growth and business.
How do you use myflow in your business?
Currently, we use our e-learning on the platform, which works very well and solved the problems we had on previous platforms. We are also active with a community where we communicate with participants. We are starting to integrate our CRM into myflow, though that process has just begun. Of course, we also use LeadFlow, which is incredibly sharp for finding leads we wouldn’t have found otherwise. A tip is to check out landing pages – they look much better than, for example, Mailchimp, which we used previously.
What is the best thing about myflow for you and your business?
The best thing is really having a system for almost everything, allowing us to shut down services that cost money every month. We’ve personally saved about 40,000–50,000 SEK per year by stopping Mailchimp, Vimeo, ScriptMe, Skillhabit, Trello, and Caption.
Which feature do you use the most and why?
At the moment, it’s the e-learning that is delivered weekly via automation, together with a community that has just been started. That structure is incredibly important for us and saves a lot of time and effort. Now we’re close to “press play” whenever new participants join.
Your best tip/hack for others using myflow?
Haha, the tricky thing with myflow is that it’s big – focus on learning one feature at a time. Be curious and ask lots of questions to the poor support team (who are amazing). It takes a little time to learn the system, but it’s worth the effort when everything is in place.
Overall rating for myflow, 1–5 (5 being top score):
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We love development, so we look forward to a myflow that grows with us users. I’d give it a 4.5 so you don’t get “fat and happy.” If the app becomes as good as we expect, I’ll easily revise it to 5.0 🙂
